There are several departments in the school district dedicated to helping students succeed. The purpose of the Strategy, Talent, and Engagement department is to maximize the ways in which Ravenswood's strategic priorities are upheld, executed, and embraced by the internal and external stakeholders of the district. Our team members support Strategic Projects, Human Resources, Family & Community Engagement, and Communications.

STRATEGY
Our strategy team is focused on establishing processes and pursuing initiatives that drive Ravenswood's strategic vision. As part of this work, we are embarking upon an 18-month strategic planning effort in close partnership with students, families, staff, and other members of our community. TALENT

ENGAGEMENT
Our engagement efforts are focused on building and strengthening connections with the students, families, and community we serve.
